At Bratz, we want you to be obsessed with your look. If your purchase isn't 100% iconic, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Print & Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
